RETURNS

Returns are free and easy. We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery, including returns because you changed your mind.

To request a return or exchange, email vic@eastcoastbolts.com with your order number. We will email you a free prepaid shipping label to download and print. Return the items by mail using that label.

We accept exchanges and charge no restocking fees. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 days after we receive and inspect your return.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, email us so we can arrange a free return and a refund or replacement.
